Wherry (No:25) is situated within five metres of the river right outside your patio.
With late season rates starting in September while the weather is still good, now
is the perfect time to grab a weeks holiday or just a short break. Fish right outside
your cottage or anywhere along the Peninsula’s 100m of river frontage, or in the
marina. With day boats available locally and cheaply at this time of the year, hire
a boat for your stay and keep it on a mooring right outside your door (small mooring
charge). The river Bure and Norfolk Broads are perfect for fishing in this quiet
season after the main holiday rush.
New Idea for 2013 - Add your own fishing comments
The owners of “Wherry” No:25 Peninsula Cottages are aware that many holiday clients
book the cottage for fishing breaks. They would like to keep holiday makers informed
of the current best fishing. You are invited to contribute to an exciting new page,
giving your bang-up-to-date fishing experiences and tips for fishing in this area
around Wroxham and the North Norfolk Broads. If you have recently fished anywhere
in this area (whether or not you stayed in this cottage) please send us your comments
and tips and we will start a new page publishing them on this site to help enhance
your fishing experience.
Please share your fishing comments and tips, and submit this form to the owners of
the cottage for inclusion on this site, to keep clients bang up-to-date. Your name
and e-mail address are optional and will not be published but will only be used
if you are happy for us to contact you to clarify information on behalf of our clients.
We may publish your initials.
